Celia Marsh fell ill after eating a ‘super-veg rainbow flatbread’ in a Pret A Manger. 
The 42-year-old believed it was dairy-free, but it had traces of milk protein on it.
This sparked a fatal reaction and she later died in hospital in December 2017.
